These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Xische OS ("Service"), a business operating system provided by Xische ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
To use Xische OS, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each account operates within an isolated tenant workspace. You are responsible for managing users within your tenant and ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users in your organization.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any harmful code, spam, or unauthorized communications.
Xische OS operates on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the time of renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xische and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xische shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
